Our rapid-growing Dental supplies company is currently looking for a customer service rep to join our team! This role would be suitable for someone who has experience in the customer service field and who also has an ambitious career perspective.

General Purpose:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
answering the phones, sending faxes and emails
Manage customer's sales order
manager customer's repair order
manage customers' accounts
perform general administration tasks
respond to internal & external inquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
problem solving and rapid decision making
respond promptly to customer inquiries
handle and resolve customer complaints
provide pricing and delivery information
record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
communicate and coordinate with internal departments
follow up on customer interactions
travel is necessary

Qualifications:
2+ years sales experience
Dental or medical device sales preferred-we really want to hear from you

Education and Experience:




knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
proficient in use of email and internet
good numeracy skills
accurate keyboard skills
knowledge of office management systems and procedures
knowledge of administrative procedures
college diploma or equivalent
