Job Overview
We are seeking a agile and experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food service setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is vital in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining high-quality food standards, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
Train current staff on restaurant procedures, and customer service expectations.
Enforce safety standards within the kitchen and dining areas to prevent accidents or violations.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and tact.




Support restaurant management in implementing operational improvements and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications
Proven experience in service roles within the restaurant industry.
Previous supervising or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example.
Familiarity with restaurant management practices, including inventory control and staff training.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and team-building skills.
Experience with bartender duties or serving roles is a plus.
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
