Sunshine Medical Clinic is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Full time Medical Office Assistant to join our growing team at our newest St. Vital location.

Availability: Candidates must be available to work daytime shifts. Availability for some evenings and/or weekends is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities
Patient check-in/check-out and scheduling
Answering phones and assisting patients professionally
Maintaining accurate and confidential records using Accuro EMR
Supporting physicians, staff, and daily clinic operations
Assisting with patient flow and maintaining an organized work environment

Qualifications
Previous Medical Office Assistant experience preferred
Accuro EMR experience is a strong asset
Friendly,



skilled, dependable, and organized
Solid communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a busy, quick-paced clinic

Uniform

Scrubs are our required clinic uniform. Following successful completion of your 3-month probationary period, customized Sunshine Medical Clinic scrubs will be provided, embroidered with our clinic logo and your name.
