Role Description The Account Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, responsible for supporting and growing business and corporate wireless accounts. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, understanding business needs, recommending tailored wireless, telecom, and data solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and service experience. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing account changes, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate information and service.

The Account

Advisor also monitors account performance, identifies prospects for account growth or optimization, and contributes to customer retention through proactive follow-up and high-quality service. This position requires consistent in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients to maintain strong, long-term partnerships.

Qualifications




Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a high-quality experience and build lasting client relationships.
Account Management expertise to oversee business accounts, handle renewals, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Strong Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and skilled presentation skills.
Analytical Skills to interpret usage data, assess client needs, and recommend effective wireless and telecom solutions.
Previous experience in telecommunications, technology sales, or a related customer-facing role is an asset.
Ability to work on-site in Calgary, AB, with solid organizational skills and attention to details.
