Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Cost Controller to join our team and drive financial oversight across project lifecycles. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Duties

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Monitor ongoing project expenses, tracking costs against budgets using advanced accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Conduct regular audits of project financials to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including cost analysis, variance reports, and budget forecasts for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions and adherence to company policies.

Experience





- Proven experience in project cost control or financial management within a corporate finance environment.
- Solid proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks experience with other accounting tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices, account analysis, payroll processing, and auditing procedures.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial services related to large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in account analysis and financial reporting.
- Prior experience working with accounting software tailored for project management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
