Job Summary In this role, you will help ensure every project is administratively prepared, accurately documented, clearly communicated, smoothly transitioned through possession, and professionally supported during the warranty period. You will work closely with the Construction Operations Manager, Project Managers, clients, trades, suppliers, designers, and internal team members to keep project information, selections, approvals, and deadlines on track.

Pre-Construction Readiness
- Permits and Approvals
- Buildertrend Setup and documentation
- Kick-off meeting coordination
Selections
- Selection Tracking
- Selection-related change orders
- Client Approvals
- Budget updates
Project Adminsitration
- Purchase Orders
- Documentation Management
- Buildertrend Updates
- Weekly PM collaboration
Possession & Closeout Management
- Turnover coordination
- Occupancy documentation
- Deficiency Tracking
- Client handover packages
Warranty
- Client Communication and follow up
- Warranty Documentation
- Warranty intake and tracking
- Apply for building permits
- Handle utility applications
- Process purchase orders and change orders
- Schedule trades and manage timelines
- Oversee tendering, quotes, and estimating processes
- Communicate effectively with clients and designers
- Serve as a liaison with the site project manager
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree, diploma, or other education related to design or construction is preferred
- Two to five years of experience in residential construction, project coordination, design coordination, or a related role
- Working knowledge of residential construction processes and permitting requirements
- Experience with Buildertrend is a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project records
- Proven ability to track and follow up on deadlines
- Ability to interpret building and design plans
- Strong understanding of construction budgets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Success in this position is measured through the Selections process and its adherance. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
