Your role involves end-to-end management of Incubator projects, supporting the VP Brand in setting priorities and managing cross-functional collaboration. You will lead initiatives that merge creativity with scientific rigor, ensuring timely project deliveries. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage brand and product launch project lifecycles
- Serve as the single point of decision-making
- Communicate project expectations across teams
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews and improvements Requirements:
- Degree in project management, business, or related
- 5+ years of implementation experience in projects
