We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mould remediation, and insurance claims management. The successful candidate will oversee projects from emergency response through reconstruction, ensuring quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from initiation to completion.

Perform site inspections, damage assessments, and scope development.

Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and review project budgets.

Analyze drying reports, moisture readings, contamination levels, and restoration requirements.

Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and reconstruction teams.

Liaise with insurance adjusters, property managers, homeowners, and commercial clients.

Monitor project schedules, job costing, change orders, and profitability.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.

Maintain detailed project documentation, photos, reports, and client communications.

Resolve project issues efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in restoration project management.

Advanced proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.

Strong understanding of

Water mitigation

Fire and smoke restoration





Mould remediation

Contents management

Reconstruction processes

Insurance claims procedures

Ability to read and interpret building plans, scopes of work, and insurance documents.

Experience with moisture mapping, psychrometrics, drying technology, and loss analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and restoration management software.

Valid driver's license.

Preferred Certifications

IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician)

IICRC AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician)

IICRC FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician)

IICRC OCT (Odor Control Technician)

PMP or equivalent project management certification (asset)

Pay: $52,582.80-$107,243.21 per year
