Lead initiatives as a Training Coordinator for GIS and SIS academies in EMEA. Drive the organization and execution of impactful training courses and processes. In this role, you will ensure the effective coordination of training opportunities while working alongside HR Business Centers and stakeholders.

You will play a crucial part in logistics management and communication with trainees. A commitment to continuous improvement and onsite presence at the EMEA Training and Education Center is required. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate training courses across the EMEA region
- Support process transitions to HR Business Centers
- Collaborate with trainers and product management teams
- Manage logistics for training locations and activities
- Track training attendance and maintain records Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background
- Initial experience in training coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Fluent in both English and German Utilize your communication and logistical skills to enhance training execution across the EMEA region.
