Duties
Assist experienced carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials using hand tools and power tools
Support the installation of drywall, cabinetry, flooring, siding, roofing, and tile laying projects
Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for efficient workflow
Help with concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry tasks to support foundational work
Carry out heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across job sites
Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution




Maintain a clean work setting by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly

Requirements
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics
Prior construction or woodworking experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures on construction sites
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions precisely
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is a plus but not mandatory
