Apply excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
Strong data entry and analysis skills for managing customer information effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in upselling techniques preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient, and empathetic approach
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
