Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product selections
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform accurate cash handling and balancing at the end of shifts
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive communication




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes and minimal wait times

Qualifications
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially with POS systems and cash handling
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with merchandising, product demos, or technical sales is advantageous but not required
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $18.25-$29.11 per hour
