Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, particularly in working with power tools and hand tools. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition after accidents or damage, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties
Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs
Use power tools and hand tools to perform bodywork, including welding, sanding, and painting
Replace or repair damaged parts such as bumpers, fenders, and doors
Perform heavy lifting as required to move parts and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Collaborate with other technicians and staff to complete repairs in a timely manner
Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies





Requirements
Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
Robust mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to auto body work
Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for vehicle parts and equipment
Experience working in a dealership workplace is a plus in
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Required to have personal tools

Job Type: Full time Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
