Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Inbound/Outbound)

Salary: $18.25/hour

Our client is currently seeking 2 experienced Customer Service Representatives to support customer interactions across multiple channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat.

Position Description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a positive customer experience
Confidently engage with supporters and address questions, concerns, and requests
Conduct outbound calls as required; telemarketing experience is considered an asset
Accurately document interactions and follow internal processes
Maintain professionalism in a rapid-paced setting




Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals

Schedule & Hours:
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday shifts may include:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport
Previous customer service experience required
Telemarketing experience is an asset
Reliable, qualified, and adaptable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
