Overview
We are seeking vigilant and responsible CAMP SECURITY GUARDS to ensure the safety and security of our camp premises. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment for all visitors, staff, and property. The ideal candidates will possess strong observation skills, conflict management abilities, and relevant security experience or training. Prior background in law enforcement, military service, or security operations is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to serve in a energetic outdoor setting while utilizing your security expertise.

Responsibilities
Monitor camp grounds through surveillance systems including CCTV to detect suspicious activity
Conduct regular patrols of the entire camp area to ensure safety and security
Enforce camp rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized access or activities
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR if necessary
Manage conflict situations with professionalism and effective conflict management techniques
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports
Assist with loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies when required

Requirements




Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security preferred
Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and Surveillance training are highly desirable
Solid conflict management skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly
Knowledge of CCTV operation and loss prevention strategies
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail
Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations (if applicable)

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
