We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties
Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage
Assess clients’ health history and discuss treatment goals to develop customized therapy plans
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching exercises, and wellness strategies to enhance results
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment setting in compliance with health regulations




Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of procedures
Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications
Maintaining an active and up to date licence and registration as a RMT
Compliance with CMTO regulations governing the practice of massage therapy
Comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, physiology to assess and address client's specific needs
Adequate liability insurance coverage
Compassion and a patient-centred approach to care
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and conduct at all times
Adhering to ethical standards and client confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week to start

Additional pay:
Commission pay
