Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
Assist customers with product inquiries, including product demos and upselling opportunities
Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed to maximize sales potential
Conduct basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts with precision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor
Support inventory management by receiving shipments, updating stock levels, and conducting merchandising tasks

Skills




Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
Solid organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store appearance
Ability to perform product demos and effectively upsell to increase sales opportunities
Multilingual capabilities to connect with a broader customer base and enhance service quality
Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Professional phone etiquette when assisting customers or coordinating with team members
