We are located at 274 Stewart Green SW, Calgary, AB, T3H3C8. We are looking for an Assistant Manager that can work along- side the General Manager.

A Crumbl Assistant Manager is a person with a high level of leadership, integrity, capability, and energy, who is seeking the challenge of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities
Delegating responsibilities and supervising in- store operations.
Maintaining knowledge and skills for baker positions and fills in as necessary
Training, inspiring, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities
Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies based on Availability, Quality, Hospitality, Cleanliness, and Leadership
Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive




Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties
Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business

Assistant Manager Requirements:
FoodSafe Certified or willing to become certified
Previous experience managing others required
High School Diploma, preferred
Solid understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Time and project management skills
Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies
Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members
