Staff Plus is hiring General Labours to join a high-volume manufacturing operation.

In this role, you will perform light assembly, packaging, and taping of finished products while ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace. Candidates with manufacturing or production experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Day Shift- 7am to 3:30pm- Monday to Friday

Afternoon Shift- 3:15pm- 1:15am- Monday to Thursday
Location: Paris, ON

Your Responsibilities
Perform light assembly and packaging of printed products in a fast-paced production environment.
Apply tape and prepare finished products for shipment according to production specifications.
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects before packaging.
Assemble, sort, label, and pack materials to meet production and customer requirements.
Load, unload,



and move products and materials weighing up to 30–40 lbs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area while following company safety procedures.
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Stand for the full duration of 8–10 hour shifts while performing repetitive tasks.
Assist team members with general production and packaging duties as required.
Follow work instructions, quality standards, and health and safety policies at all times.
