Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, fast peace and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our energetic culinary team. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent food handling skills, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean working environment
Assist with food plating and garnishing for service
Maintain inventory of supplies and communicate needs to management
Support kitchen staff during busy periods by performing various prep tasks
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations
Keep workstations clean, organized,



and stocked throughout shifts

Experience
Prior experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and serving in a rapid-paced setting is advantageous
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic culinary skills is desirable
Previous restaurant experience demonstrating teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail is highly valued

This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, also being able to lift 50lbs, work under pressure, and being multitasking.

Candidates should be enthusiastic and passionate about working in the food industry and eager to contribute to a positive team environment.

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
