Pathways Alcohol and Drug Treatment Services is funded by Ontario Health and provides community treatment to those 16 years of age or over who are experiencing issues with substance abuse; as well as family members.
This position is for the head office in Renfrew.
Duties
provide intake/screening, assessments, and develop treatment plans with appropriate clients
provide community treatment and case management to clients within a community treatment setting, including crisis intervention
demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team setting
participate in supervision and team meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in social work
Registration with a college an asset
a minimum of three years clinical experience
a thorough knowledge of the treatment of substance abuse disorders
evidence of client-directed practice of service delivery
excellent oral and written communication skills
Clinical Certification as an Addictions Counsellor an asset
Pay: $28.00-$31.86 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
