Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of customer service.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock levels to maximize sales prospects.
Oversee cash handling, cashiering, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity.
Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain organizational efficiency through effective time management, communication skills, and administrative oversight.

Experience




Proven supervising or management experience within retail or a related customer-focused environment.
Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, inventory control, and store management.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to lead teams through training & development initiatives.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to enhance communication with diverse customer bases.
Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, purchasing procedures, budgeting, and cash handling.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Effective communication skills for interviewing staff, conducting training sessions, and engaging with customers.

Pay: $19.25-$22.25 per hour
