Assistant Manager – Retail Sales

Cell Phone Accessories – Devonshire Mall & Tecumseh Mall

I am looking for an experienced, motivated, and sales-focused Assistant Manager to help me manage and grow my cell phone accessories stores at Devonshire Mall and Tecumseh Mall.

The position will start part time, with potential to become full-time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Assist me with daily store operations and sales management.
Drive sales through excellent customer service and effective selling.
Lead, train, coach, and motivate the sales team.
Help develop a strong, high-performing sales team.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Assist with staff scheduling and POS operations.
Support inventory management, merchandising, and daily store procedures.
Handle customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications
Previous retail sales or Assistant Manager experience required.




Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
Knowledge of iPhone, Android, and mobile accessories is an asset.
Reliable, organized, energetic, and customer-focused.
Versatile availability, including evenings and weekends.

Performance Incentive After 3 months, I will offer a performance-based percentage incentive on sales above the agreed monthly break-even sales target, based on demonstrated sales growth and performance.
