The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. This role applies structured analytical thinking, systems design, and consulting approaches to assess complex enterprise requirements, risk, and operational challenges, translating them into scalable, automated, and data-driven GRC solutions.Strategic Problem Solving & GRC TransformationDecompose complex risk, compliance, and operational challenges into structured problem statements and solution componentsIdentify opportunities to digitize, standardize, and automate GRC processes using ArcherSupport the evolution of enterprise risk capabilities through platform enablement and optimizationSolution Architecture & Platform EngineeringDesign, develop, and implement scalable Archer solutions aligned to enterprise architecture principlesDeliver core use cases (technology risk, data protection, information security, compliance, issues management and third-party risk)Configure workflows, calculations, and access frameworksBusiness Analysis & Requirements TranslationConduct structured requirements gathering using consulting methodologiesTranslate business needs into solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmapsChallenge and refine stakeholder requirements to ensure value driven outcomesIntegration, Data Strategy,



and Automation DesignDesign and implement data integration solutions across Archer and enterprise platforms (e.G., ServiceNow, cloud services, data repositories)Develop automated data feeds, APIs, and workflows to enable real-time risk insightsEnhance data quality, lineage, and governance within GRC processesDelivery Excellence and Lifecycle ManagementLead or contribute to full SDLC activities of Archer including design, build, testing, deployment, and supportApply structured delivery practices (Agile/Waterfall hybrid) with clear milestones, risks, and deliverablesEnsure adherence to change management and release governance processesStakeholder Engagement & AdvisoryAct as a trusted advisor to Information Security, Technology Risk, Compliance, and other key stakeholdersFacilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, and executive-level discussions (as required)Provide recommendations on process improvements, tooling strategy, and GRC maturityIdentify and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experienceWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of Archer development/configuration experience requiredCollege degree (3-year program) required, or equivalent work experienceExperience delivering enterprise-scale GRC solutions requiredStrong background in systems analysis and application development requiredFinancial services experience preferredExperience with Archer SaaS and cloud integrations preferredExperience supporting regulatory or transformation initiativesRSA Archer Certified Professional (ACP) certification is an assetThe Expertise You BringStakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong communication and documentation capabilitiesProcess mapping and operating model designAdvanced knowledge of RSA Archer configuration and architecture API and integration development JavaScript/jQuery customization within ArcherTotal Rewards That Reflect Your ImpactBase Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $101,000 to $113,000, based on your experience and qualifications.RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment,
