Collaborate on planning meaningful activities
Evaluate resident participation and program success
Maintain communication with families and fellow staff
Participate in training on elder care best practices
Facilitate outings and assist with meal services Requirements:
Diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or related field
Experience with seniors is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective oral and written communicator
