Responsibilities
Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
Provide attentive caregiving to meet the individual needs of children, including feeding, diapering, and comforting
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring they receive appropriate care and educational opportunities
Collaborate with families and team members to share progress and address any concerns or special requirements
Maintain a clean,



safe, and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Document children’s development milestones and daily activities to track progress and inform planning

Experience
Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly preferred
Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage group activities and foster positive interactions
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset
Solid background in early childhood education principles and practices
Proven ability to engage children through teaching, play-based learning, and caregiving techniques

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
