Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. The Food Runner/Busser role plays a vital role in ensuring smooth service by delivering food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests. Responsibilities
Deliver prepared food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure accuracy of orders and check for presentation quality before serving
Assist servers with refilling beverages and clearing tables as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines related to food handling and cleaning
Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables efficiently




Handle guest inquiries courteously and provide excellent customer service

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
Familiarity with food handling, serving, or kitchen operations is a plus
Experience in hotel or food industry settings can be advantageous
Robust communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role
Prior experience with cleaning or maintaining cleanliness standards is beneficial
