An airport limousine dispatcher assistant supports the lead dispatcher in managing the daily operations of a luxury ground transportation fleet.

Key responsibilities:
Monitor vehicle locations in real-time to ensure chauffeurs are staged at the airport or client location ahead of schedule.
Alert drivers to sudden traffic bottlenecks, accidents, or airport construction, and suggest alternative routes to maintain punctuality.
Assign trips to drivers and push trip details (passenger names, pickup zones, flight numbers) to chauffeur mobile apps.
Answer incoming calls from clients making last-minute changes or drivers reporting operational hurdles.
Assist in distributing trips evenly among available vehicles (sedans, SUVs, stretch limos, sprinters)



to maximize fleet efficiency.
Act quickly to resolve issues, such as locating a "no-show" passenger at a chaotic terminal or dispatching a backup vehicle in the event of a mechanical breakdown.

Pay: $18.19-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
