Conduct assessments to identify residents' strengths and needs
Develop personalized therapy goals and plans




Facilitate diverse recreation and leisure activities
Guide and oversee Recreation Therapy Aides' programming
Document assessments and progress notes accurately Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Recreation Therapy
Eligible for registration with a qualified association
Experience in healthcare as a Recreation Therapist preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
