Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Handy Man to join our facilities maintenance team. This role involves performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks. The Handy Man will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities while providing excellent customer service to internal teams.

Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
Perform repairs involving basic plumbing, carpentry as directed by supervisor
Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance activities
Assist in facilities upgrades, installations, and modifications as required
Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally

Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or construction




Mechanical knowledge related to preventive maintenance
Excellent communication skills in English for transparent documentation and team coordination
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork
Prior experience is advantageous
