Duties
Day-to-day Pharmacy dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals
Provide expert consultation to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide care
Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and medication inventory
Educate patients on health management,
including medication administration techniques and lifestyle advice
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, safety protocols, and quality standards
Providing clinical services including medication reviews and MACS
Skills
Proven experience as a Pharmacist, preferably in retail.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration procedures, and WinRX pharmacy dispensing software.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a quick-paced workplace
Attention to detail for accurate dispensing and record-keeping
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
