Kinetic Transport LTD is a leader in downhole drilling tool logistics. We are currently expanding and looking to hire an experienced Dispatcher immediately. Preference is given to applicants with oilfield experience. Kinetic coordinates a fleet of up-to-date equipment with some of the top drivers in the Grande Prairie area. This position is a 10on/4off schedule, with an on-call stretch of 7 days. The position also offers a large support staff to help with daily operations. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries to the drilling rigs
Communicate with drivers, customers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Use phone systems and other communication tools to relay information effectively
Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and transactions
Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




Experience in shipping and receiving processes
Robust data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
Knowledge of freight transportation and logistics
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
