We are seeking a energetic and energetic Gym Receptionist to lead and optimize daily business functions at our retail location. This pivotal role involves overseeing gym operations, managing customer accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail & service management, fitness & possess robust organizational skills. As an Gym Receptionist, you will drive sales growth, streamline processes, and foster a positive team culture to deliver outstanding training experiences for our customers.

Duties.
Greet clients and maintain relationships.
Handle POS sales and backend inventory
Assist with social media & marketing
Maintain a clean & safe training environment

Skills
Proven experience in retail & admin
Solid sales skills & upselling capabilities
Excellent communication skills with phone & email etiquette proficiency for customer interactions




Proficiency in bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
Knowledge of merchandising products, pricing strategies, sales management, and marketing techniques
Skilled in using POS systems and managing retail sales transactions accurately
Exceptional organizational skills with time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
Experience in supervising cash handling procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies
If you have excperience or interest in making basic social media content
