Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and ensuring that every customer has a delightful experience.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to standard recipes.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about experimenting with beverages and creating cutting-edge variations, while strictly adhering to established food safety and quality standards.
Operate the POS system for processing transactions accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
Handle cash transactions with accuracy,



including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.

Qualifications
Previous barista experience is mandatory.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Touchbistro POS, is a plus.
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
