JOB TITLE: Foundry Operator

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: The Supervisor of the foundry team

Description of tasks

• Preparing Sand for Casting
• Perform the compatibility test
• Prepare the mold for casting
• Casting the parts
• Unmolding the parts
• Collecting the sand
• Cut the parts on the vertical saw
• Finishing of cut parts
• Packaging

Job Requirement

• Completed Technical / Secondary 5 DVS
• Ability to read technical drawings and procedures
• Foundry experience is an asset
