The role helps align HR strategies with operational needs and collaborates with the Hotel General Manager through a dotted-line relationship.The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2–4 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in hospitality, with solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
