Columbia Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and patient-focused Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our team!

We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, works well as part of a team, and brings a positive attitude to the office each day.

This is a full time position, Tuesday through Saturday, with a great chance to become an important part of our dental team.

What We’re Looking For
Registered/licensed LDA in good standing with the BCCOHP
A friendly, skilled, and compassionate approach to patient care
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
Comfortable assisting with a variety of general dentistry procedures
Strong infection prevention and sterilization practices
A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive office culture

Your Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining efficient operatory flow




Taking dental radiographs as required
Sterilization and instrument processing
Supporting the dentist and clinical team throughout the day
Providing patients with a welcoming and comfortable experience
Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Helping ensure the clinical area remains organized, clean, and well prepared
