All You Have to Do:

· Show up on time, in your company-provided uniform, ready to paint.

· Prep, roll, and brush to premium standards using elite products.





· Keep your workspace organized and maintain a positive, cooperative team attitude.

What You Need:

· A great attitude, a strong work ethic, and basic hand tools.

· Reliable transportation to get to Barrie-area job sites.

Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paint, stains, varnishes, or other finishes using hand tools, power tools, spray guns, or brushes with precision and consistency
Follow safety protocols diligently while working with hazardous materials or in elevated areas using scaffolding or lifts
Perform quality checks on finished products to verify finish uniformity and adherence to specifications
Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly
Collaborate with team members on assembly processes, ensuring seamless integration of painted components into larger products

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
