Shift Hours are flexible.

Duties
Supervise weekend front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Lead and motivate hotel staff, providing guidance and support to uphold high standards of guest services and hospitality
Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
Oversee staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during busy weekend hours
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure the hotel’s facilities are pristine and fully operational




Implement human resources best practices by supervising staff performance, conducting briefings, and fostering a welcoming team environment
Must Have Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles
Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
Previous experience with optimizing OTA relationships and online presence.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team supervision and guest relations
Knowledge in human resources principles, and hotel operations management
Experience in handling guest services issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, phone etiquette, and front desk procedures

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
