Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to educate customers about our offerings
Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays that encourage sales
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
Maintain organized stock areas, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking as needed




Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience
Previous retail sales experience or technical sales background preferred, especially involving technology products
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Demonstrated ability in product demos, upselling, and merchandising strategies
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product benefits
Experience in cashiering, basic math skills for transactions, and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
Customer service experience that highlights patience, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
