Join our team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook! In this role, you will be preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring every plate meets our standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Cook menu items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, adhering to food safety guidelines
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
Support the serving team by ensuring timely delivery of orders
Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, equipment use, and kitchen hygiene
Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive and productive work environment

Skills




Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and servers
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of meal preparation, serving etiquette, and kitchen safety protocols
Enthusiasm for learning new skills and contributing positively to the team atmosphere
