About Us: Home Best Solutions has been serving the GTA for over 20 years. We specialize in high-quality home renovations. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team, starting with a full home demolition project.

The Role: We are starting a full home renovation and need solid, reliable helpers for the demolition phase. This is physically demanding work. Successful candidates who demonstrate reliability, skill, and a positive attitude during this phase may be offered a permanent position with our renovation crew.

Responsibilities
Demolish bathrooms (vanities, toilets, tubs) and kitchens (cabinets, countertops).
Removing floor tiles, hardwood, and underlayment.
Bag debris,



haul waste to the disposal bin, and keep the job site organized.
Following strict safety protocols to protect yourself and the property.
Assisting lead contractors with other site prep tasks as needed.

Requirements
Experience: Previous construction or demolition experience is preferred, but we will train hardworking individuals.
Gear: Must have your own steel-toed boots.
Transportation: Reliable transportation to the job site
Physicality: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/crouch for long periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Aurora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
