Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Night Shift Production Builder to join our manufacturing team. This position is scheduled for evening shifts, Monday-Thursday from 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, The successful candidate will complete approximately 1–3 months of training during the day before transitioning to the night shift.

This position includes an unpaid 30-minute lunch and two unpaid 15-minute breaks, or an another unpaid 30-minute supper break.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide full, hands-on training to ensure your success in the role.

Key Responsibilities
Build automotive line kits in Spire.
Assemble and package automotive line kits according to work instructions.
Pick and organize the correct components for each kit.
Label, bag, and box finished products for shipment.
Perform visual and final quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
Use hand tools (Utility Knife)
Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with materials.




Cross-train in multiple production areas and assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.

Note: This role does not require heavy lifting (all items are under 20 lbs).

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or a fast-paced production setting.
Familiarity with quality control procedures.
Experience using hand tools.

Training & Work Setting

We provide comprehensive, on-the-job training and cross-training across multiple areas of the facility. No previous manufacturing experience is required-just a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Pay

Starts at $23.00/hour, based on experience.
