Shipping & Receiving – Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, loading, and shipping materials and products while operating a forklift safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
Prepare and organize products for shipment.
Verify quantities, labels, and shipping documents.
Move and store materials safely within the warehouse.
Maintain an organized and clean shipping and receiving area.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Valid forklift licence/certification required.




Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is an asset.
Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace health and safety.

Compensation

$22.00 per hour
