Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, ensuring proper bartending techniques and food handling procedures are followed
Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy hours




Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
Food service experience is highly desirable; hospitality background is a plus
Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods throughout shifts
