Duties
Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical issues accurately using schematics and diagnostic tools
Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical components
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to execute repairs efficiently and safely
Follow detailed schematics and technical manuals to ensure exact repairs and installations
Assist with vehicle inspections, heavy lifting tasks, and routine maintenance to uphold safety standards




Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair progress clearly to team members and customers
Support shop operations by organizing tools, managing parts inventory, and ensuring a clean, secure workspace

Skills
Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for complex repairs
Ability to lift heavy components safely and perform physical tasks required in automotive maintenance
Experience with vehicle assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting electrical or mechanical systems
Excellent customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and build trust with clients
Knowledge of automotive schematics for diagnosing electrical or mechanical issues accurately
Strong teamwork ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently
