Supervising the operations of the housekeeping staff, this position promotes quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses all while fostering a secure environment.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support the housekeeping team
Assign daily cleaning tasks and inspect rooms
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well maintained
Train and assist housekeeping staff as needed
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
Address housekeeping-related guest concerns professionally




Ensure company cleanliness and safety standards are followed

Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, responsible, and guest-focused
Adaptable to work afternoon, weekends and holidays as required
