Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a timely manner
Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards and safety guidelines
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring correct change and receipt issuance
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, counters, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction

Skills
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for effective transaction processing
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Kitchen experience is a plus, along with general food industry knowledge
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
