Duties
Greeting guests promptly and courteously as they arrive
Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Assisting guests with enquiries and providing information about the venue’s offerings
Maintaining an organised waiting list and estimating wait times accurately
Coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow
Handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area




Addressing guest concerns promptly and courteously to enhance their experience
Supporting team members during busy periods to maintain high standards of guest service

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in guest services, serving, or front-of-house roles is advantageous
Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations can be beneficial
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills are essential for success in this role
