The ideal candidate will have hands‐on experience in production support, troubleshooting, system integration, and operational management across on‐premises and cloud environments.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining enterprise middleware platforms, resolving production issues, supporting Azure infrastructure, managing deployments, and ensuring reliable and efficient service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end support and administration for enterprise integration and middleware platformsManage and troubleshoot system, application, database, and integration issues across production and non-production environmentsSupport and maintain IBM MQ, TIBCO, MuleSoft, LDAP, WebSphere, and Tomcat environmentsAdminister Linux and Debian-based servers and operating systemsMonitor application and infrastructure health, performance, and availabilitySupport Azure cloud infrastructure, including Azure VM administration and operational activitiesPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actionsManage deployments, releases,
